Mark
Romine's first place image is eye catching and the Photoshop work
on the bouquet was subtle and well done.

COMMENTS:
Third place has a classical yet contemporary feel. The softening
and Photoshop flowers were executed perfectly. Beautiful portrait.
OVERALL
CATEGORY COMMENTS:
We
should probably should excuse ourselves from this category since
we're not huge fans of manipulation. But all three winners were
expertly executed. The Photoshop work is seamless.
