JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

This was such a clear winner. It could have also won the humor category.

What a fun moment! Photographer shows you don’t have to be in front to capture all the excitement. The rolling hills, the jump, the lighting all work for the picture.

SECOND PLACE - David Murray / Maine

10 Points, a trophy and $74.00 Cash

I liked the shoes in the foreground in this photo. It added another element to the image that made it more interesting.

Nice black and white and nice shadows make a good picture with bride and groom.

Nice color, nice moment. Angle very nice on the background. Artistic.

This photo was well executed and captured the couple as well as the beauty of the landscape.

JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

Creative image of couple walking near a waterfall.

The white of the wedding dress mirrors the cascading falls. It creates a visual metaphor and it was nice juxtaposed against the blacks of the water.

FIFTH PLACE - John Zich / Illinois

Beautiful image of couple kissing in the snow. Wonderfully done, clean photo.
