JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

This could have been a fashion shot. It was a nice pose and expressive.

This image had a nice feel to it. The expression on the brides face is wonderful.

An unusual pose with great light, a great expression and great body language.

Nice pose for bride. Unpredictable. Nice pose on the feet and happy look on the bride.

SECOND PLACE - Christobal Perez / North Carolina

10 Points, a trophy and $18.00 Cash

JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

Nice lighting in a classic pose.

Great use of natural light and the stained glass window adds nice color without overpowering the image.

Nice framing and lighting of bride with stained glass background.

THIRD PLACE - Greg Blomberg / Texas

JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

This is a beautiful portrait and the texture of the wall makes a nice backdrop that does not interfere with the subject.

Beautiful portrait of bride. Beautiful lips hidden behind the sheer veil; subtle expression; nice pose and wonderful three-toned picture (with brown, yellow, white). Very nice.

Great facial expression and body language.

Another lovely moment with veil sweeping over the happy face. Nice, simple background makes the bride stand out elegantly.

JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

This is a well composed, visually interesting portrait that is rich in texture and detail.

SIXTH PLACE - Kevin Kramer / Michigan

JUDGE'S COMMENTS:

Nice image of bride walking in wilderness. Would have liked a frame showing the other leg.

A real fairy tale feel.

I like the dark background so the bride stands out but there is still detail in her white dress.

SEVENTH PLACE - Mike Moreland / Georgia

EIGHTH PLACE - Kevin Kramer / Michigan

Interesting moment of bride and horse.

Nice use of the animal as a prop, the bride’s body language, the composition and tone give the image a real vintage feel.
