JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
A
fun image thats wonderfully composed and keeps your eye
darting around the frame. Nice seeing.
The color and use of triangular composition made first place jump
out. The photographer was able to see an attractive situation
that was anything but obvious.
SECOND
PLACE - Eric Francis / Nebraska

JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
A
great bit of foreground/background work with the flowers sharp
in the foreground and the ceremony falling off in the background
with a good use of shallow depth of field. Quick thinking while
the ceremony is in progress.
The photograph got a nice low angle and used selective focus to
make this interesting photograph. This was a different approach
to shooting a ceremony photo.

A
tale from the dark side.

JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
The
limited focus and the color patterns make this reflection photograph
work. The use of composition adds to this image.

JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
An
example of simple elegance. The muted brown colors in the background
helps this work.

JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
The
inclusion of the word desire creates a more symbolic image, that
allows it to be a nice stand alone. The composition was also well
done.

JUDGE'S
COMMENTS:
A
clean image that was a little blown out but had nice second element
of the couple walking past in the background in a slow shutter
speed.
